Adv. Tapan Bhattacharjee, Adv. Kallol Nag, ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was a free fight between the parties and both the parties sustained injuries and a counter case is also pending.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

It prima facie appears that the complaint is a fall out of a case and counter case pending between the parties. Both the parties appear to have sustained injuries. Charge sheet has been submitted. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. They may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Mantu Miah @ Mantu Miya and Amjat Miya @ Amjad Miah be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount

each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

The petitioners shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

CRM (A) 97 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.

Case Diary be returned.
