The petitioner has sought for her inter-district transfer as a primary teacher from Dhupguri R. R. Primary School, under Dhupguri Circle, Jalpaiguri to Murshidabad. Her application is pending before the District Primary School Council, Jalpaiguri.

The designated portal for considering the prayer for transfer of Primary School Teacher is under suspension since 2022.

Therefore, the District Primary School Council, Jalpaiguri shall forward the relevant documents

including the prayer of the petitioner for transfer before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, respondent no. 2 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education, respondent no. 3 shall consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 346 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
