The matter had been dismissed for default on an earlier occasion and thereafter restored.

The petitioner challenges an order dated 26 June, 2019 passed by the respondent authorities pursuant to directions of Court.

Briefly, the petitioner was working in the rank of a Matron in the subject school and retired on 31 March, 2010. After her retirement from the said school, the petitioner raised a claim for pension as well as the retiral benefits and gratuity. Significantly this claim is raised more than ten years after her retirement. A representation of the petitioner has also been considered by the respondent authorities pursuant to an order dated 4 September, 2019.

In the impugned order the respondent authorities have given reasons and conclusively

found that the petitioner was not entitled to any of the benefits claimed in the writ petition.

It appears from the impugned order that the submission made on behalf of the petitioner have been duly considered and the respondent authorities have found that the petitioner is not entitled to any benefits under the provisions of ROPA 1981, 1990, 1998 and 2008 or any other provisions of law.

In such circumstances, there is no scope to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, WPA/303/2020 stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
