1. We find all the 10 petitioners before us are named in the statements made before the Police. The 10 petitioners are named in the FIR.

2. Considering the gravity and seriousness of the injuries inflicted on the deceased, we are not inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 145 of 2024 is accordingly rejected.
