Adv. Bhaskar Das, Adv. Chattu Roy, ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint is a fall out of a family dispute. The petitioner has been falsely implicated. Two other co accused are on anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

The petitioner appears to be similarly circumstanced with the co accused who have been granted anticipatory bail. Charge sheet has been submitted. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. He may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Sujoy Roy be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik

Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

CRM (A) 104 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.
