The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 3rd April, 2024, subject to condition that he would meet the Officer in charge, Tufanganj police station once in a fortnight till conclusion of trial.

The petitioner seeks waiver of the said condition. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

No adverse report being found against the petitioner, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner to meet the Officer in charge, Tufanganj police station once in a fortnight till conclusion of trial is waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
