The matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner, Central School Service Commission and the State-respondents. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner made application for transfer on medical ground on Utshashree Portal and according to the petitioner the application for transfer reached the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission on 13th May, 2022.

In support of such submission reliance has been placed on page 27 of the writ petition being

annexure P7. Petitioner prays for consideration of his application by the commission.

In view of making application by the petitioner seeking transfer which is presently lying before the concerned authority of the Commission the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to consider the application for transfer by passing a reasoned order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his representative within 6 (six) weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision to be taken by the Secretary of the Commission shall be communicated to the petitioner within 1 (one) week thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
