For the State An inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on 18th February, 2026. In the 5th paragraph of the 2nd page of the order "learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court(POCSO), Mal" be read as "learned Additional Sessions Judge, (POCSO), Mal".

The department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the order.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 18th February, 2026.
