Compliance Report filed on behalf of the State is also taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application the school authorities have already issued the necessary No Objection Certificate. Let the D.I., respondent no.4 consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that NOC has already been issued. Let the same be sent to the concerned DI through proper channel. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the school submits that NOC in question shall be forwarded to the DI. Let the NOC be forwarded to the DI by the school authorities within a week from this date. Within a period of four weeks therefrom the concerned DI/respondent no.4 shall consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and thereafter, intimate about the outcome of such consideration within a week and take necessary steps. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. .
