Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year one month. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim, the mother of the victim and to the medical report of the victim. Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim and the mother of the victim and considering the medical report of the victim and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in

circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection by the coordinate Bench, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 47 of 2022 is dismissed.
