This is an application praying of for transferring of G.R. Case No. 124 of 2024 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Alipurduar to the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri. 4.

It is stated that both accused persons and the de facto complainant reside near to Jalpaiguri and the grounds of transfer are stated in paragraph 6 and 7 of the application.

Let prayer (a) of the application is allowed. 6.

The prosecution be withdrawn from the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Alipurduar and be transferred to the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jalpaiguri.
