The writ petitioner has prayed for issuance of appointment letter in his favour as the assistant teacher of English at Suruk Mondodari High School, Post Office, Suruk, District: Kalimpong.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the District Inspector of Schools has approved the appointment of the petitioner by a Memo No. 565/SE dated 24-01-2020.

In view of such approval from the District Inspector of School concerned, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

It is submitted by Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has not yet joined the said School. This writ petition being WPA 323 of 2020 is disposed of by directing the authorities of the said School to allow the petitioner to join the School within a period of one week from date.

The writ petitioner being WPA 323 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
