The writ petitioner has prayed for issuance of appointment letter in her favour as the assistant teacher of Geography at Ganesh High School, Post Office and District : Kalimpong.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the District Inspector of Schools concerned has approved the appointment of the petitioner by a No. Memo 566/SE dated 24-01-2020.

In view of such approval from the District Inspector of School concerned, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Petitioner's Advocate submits that the petitioner is yet to join the said School.

This writ petition being WPA 325 of 2020 is, therefore, disposed of by directing the authorities of the said School to allow the petitioner to join the School within a period of one week from date.

The writ petitioner being WPA 325 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
