3. 1044 Tramadol Hydrochloride, Dicyclomine Hydrocvhloride & Acetaminophen capsules were seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

4. The contrabands seized are the commercial quantity under the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Consequently, the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. CRM (NDPS) 118 of 2026 is dismissed.
