Mr. Satyam Sarkar for the petitioners Mr. Hirak Barman Mr. Bikash Singha ..for the State The petitioners allege that they were selected for the post of ASHA in Sub Health Center Matelli Hat. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was selected pursuant to the interview dated 9th March, 2007 but till date the petitioners have not been appointed to the said post.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the earlier selection process has been cancelled and fresh selection process has already been initiated. In view thereof, The Block Medical Officer of Health, Matelli Hat is directed to communicate such decision to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order. With the above observation, WPA 355 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
