...for the State Having considered the materials in the case diary prima facie disclosing presence of the petitioner with deadly weapons at the place of occurrence where the victim was brutally assaulted and killed and in view of the gravity of the offence in the instant case, we are the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is rejected.
