1. Heard.

2. Learned Counsel for the State while opposing the prayer for bail has shown two statements of the victim as recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

3. On perusal of the two statements of the victim as recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., we find direct involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime. It is reported that though the trial has commenced but the victim girl has not yet been examined.

4. Such being the position, the prayer for bail is refused at this stage.
