This revisional application has been filed assailing the order No. 4 dated 3rd July, 2020, whereby learned Sessions Judge, Darjeeling passed an order directed ADSR, Bagdogra as well as ADSR, Siliguri not to go for registration on the strength of registered Power of Attorney for any conveyance deed of any nature whatsoever.

At the time of admission of the revisional application, this court discussed elaborately the issue in terms of order assailed and passed an interim order directing ADSR, Bagdogra as well as ADSR, Siliguri not to

go for registration of any deed of conveyance on the strength of registered Power of Attorney being No. 1206 of 2019 executed in favour of the accused persons in connection with Matigara Police Case No. 196 of 2020. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State have submitted that both ADSR, Bagdogra as well as ADSR, Siliguri were restrained by an order of this Court to register any deed of conveyance on the strength of registered Power of Attorney being No. 1206 of 2019 may be confirmed till the disposal of the Misc. Case.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application as well as materials on record, both ADSR, Bagdogra as well as ADSR, Siliguri are directed not to make any registration of any conveyance deed on the strength of Power of Attorney being No. 1206 of 2019 and this order will remain in force subject to decision of the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No. 828 of 2020 pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri. With the observation and direction the revisional application stands disposed of.

Accordingly all connected application also stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
