The prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer stood rejected by the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission by order dated 17th August, 2023.

The Secretary of the Commission provided certain options to the petitioner where he may be transferred which the petitioner is not agreeable to. 3.

After the impugned order was passed, it has come to the knowledge of the petitioner that there is a vacancy in a separate school where the petitioner may be posted and where he is agreeable to be transferred. 4.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the head of the institution with his prayer disclosing the name of the institution where he chooses to be transferred.

The head of the institution shall consider the application filed by the petitioner and forward the

same to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Siliguri for onward transmission to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The representation to be filed by the petitioner shall be considered at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of submission of the representation.

7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
