Mr. Debajit Kundu ..for the Petitioner Mr. Hirak Barman, Mr. Bikash Singha ..for the State The petitioner submits that, despite retiring as Matron of Sakoajhora Nepali Busty Primary School, Binnaguri, on May 31, 2020, her retiral dues, including pension, have not yet been disbursed.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner states that she has submitted multiple representations before the relevant authorities; however, no steps have been taken thus far to facilitate the release of her retiral dues.

Given these circumstances, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending. It appears that the petitioner submitted a representation before the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Jalpaiguri, on January 14, 2025, requesting the release of her retiral dues, including pension.

However, the said representation has not yet been considered.

In light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Inspector of Schools

(Primary Education), Jalpaiguri, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with the law within three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 357 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
