Roy, Mr. Debajit Kundu ..for the Petitioner Mr. Pretom Das, Ms. Rima Sarkar ..for the State Mr. Sourab Kar ...for Respondent No. 2 The petitioner submits that, despite completing 24 years of service as a Gram Sevak under the Block Development Officer, Jalpaiguri, he has not been granted the benefits of the Career Advancement Scheme in accordance with Government Memo No. 3015-F, dated March 13, 2001, issued by the Joint Secretary, Finance Department, Government of West Bengal. It appears that the petitioner submitted a representation before the Block Development Officer, Jalpaiguri, on January 6, 2025, seeking the benefits under the Career Advancement Scheme. However, the said representation remains undisposed of to date. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Jalpaiguri, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's

representation dated January 6, 2025, in accordance with the law within one month from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 360 of 2025 is disposed of.
