The writ petition is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioners, Gas Authority of India Limited being the respondent nos. 4 and 5 as well as Staterespondents today. Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition with a prayer to permit the petitioners for filing a writ petition afresh.

Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioners the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a leave to file afresh with better particulars.

There shall be no order as to costs.
