1. By an order dated January 8, 2024, a co-ordinate Bench has recorded that if the defects in the appeal are not corrected within two weeks, the appeal shall be dismissed without any further reference to Court.

2. The Registry has reported that the defects have not been corrected by the appellant till date.

3. In that view of the matter, FAT/1/2021, along with CAN/1/2021 and CAN/2/2021 shall stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
