1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners are the accused in this case. After being granted bail, they attended the trial Court regularly. On few occasions, the petitioners failed to attend the Court due to some exigent circumstances and warrant of arrest was issued. The petitioners want to join the proceeding at the earliest.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the State.
3. It appears that the petitioners could not attend the Court on a few occasions and prayed for accommodation. Accordingly, the warrant of arrest was issued. Now, they want to join the proceeding.
4. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from date. Within the said period, the petitioners shall surrender before the learned trial Court and pray for bail. In such event, the application for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.
5. With these observations and directions, the revisional application is disposed of.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
