It is further submitted chemical examiner's report has not been placed on record. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that chemical examiner's report shall be filed within a month. In view of the aforesaid assurance and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
