There are direct allegations against the petitioner. Hence, prima facie, we are of the view that there is evidence of the petitioner's involvement in the alleged offence.

We are, hence, of the view that the petitioner's custodial interrogation is required.

CRM(A)/159/2024 is, accordingly rejected.
