Petitioners submit there is delay in lodging the FIR. They pray for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioners in the offence of rape. In view of the nature of offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
