Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner was dealing with the members of the public in relation to the Primary Teacher's Eligibility Test Examination, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 106 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.
