2. The victim recorded a statement under Section 183 of BNSS, 2023 implicating the petitioner in physical relationship.

3. In view of such statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and in view of the fact that none appears for the petitioner to pray for bail, CRM(M) No.523 of 2026 is rejected.
