1. In compliance of the order dated 21.05.2024 passed in the instant proceedings, the learned counsel for the State has placed on record his explanation under due service to the learned counsel for the appellant, from which it appears that the seized mobile phone in question of the deceased has been duly examined at the Cyber Forensics & Digital Evidence Examiners'

Laboratory, Criminal Investigation Department, West Bengal and the reports containing the extracted data of the said mobile phone have been annexed.

2. In view of this development during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties are in agreement that nothing survives in this appeal proceedings.

3. The appeal and pending applications, if any, are therefore, disposed of.
