The petitioner seeks waiver of the bail condition imposed upon him by an order passed on 14th February, 2025 directing him to meet the investigating officer once a week till completion of investigation.

This Court is informed that investigation is complete and charge sheet has been submitted.

In view of the order dated 14th February, 2025, the condition imposed upon him to meet the investigating officer once a week is waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
