The petitioners file the instant writ petition alleging inaction of the police authorities. It has been specifically stated in the instant writ petition that the petitioners have made a complaint on 3rd May, 2019 before the Pundibari Police Station, which was registered as FIR being Pundibari Police Station Case No.182 of 2019 under Sections 341/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioners an FIR has also been registered, the allegation of the petitioners that the police authorities have not taken any steps with regard to the complaints made by the petitioners, is baseless.

As such, no interference is called for under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Hence the writ petition is dismissed without any order as to costs.
