2. The writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the transfer application of the petitioner dated 08.09.2022 in the Utsashree Portal which is lying at the end of the WBCSSC from 01.11.2022 in a time bound manner.

3. It is submitted by the petitioner herein that as per the portal the application is pending before the WBCSSC for further action since 01.11.2022.

4. Accordingly, on hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the concerned respondents shall consider and dispose of the said matter, within three months

from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

5. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
