1. Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner being aggrieved has preferred the writ application against the rejection order issued by the school authority on 18.08.2021 in respect of the transfer application of the petitioner dated 17.08.2021 in Utsashree Portal.

3. It is submitted that the respondents have uploaded that the petitioner's application has not been granted on 18.08.2021.

4. The petitioner's submission that no reasons were accorded in the said rejection. As such, the petitioner has been prejudiced. Petitioner further submits that he wants to file a further application and prays for liberty to do so.

5. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondents herein shall inform the petitioner herein the reason for rejection of his application dated 18.08.2021 as uploaded in the website, within 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

6. Writ application stands disposed of.

7. It is noted that the petitioner herein does not require any liberty to make an application before the authority concerned if the same is permitted as per rules.

8. Connected application, if any, stands vacated.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
