Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent/State is present.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Chakraborty, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State draws attention of this Court to paragraph no. 2 of the instant revisional application.

It is submitted by Mr. Chakraborty that on perusal of paragraph no. 2, it would reveal that the instant revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated 16.12.2024 as passed by a co-ordinate Bench in CRM (SPL) No. 1 of 2024 whereby and whereunder on the submission of the present petitioner, the said co-ordinate Bench dismissed CRM (SPL) No. 1 of 2024 as non-prosecution. 5.

As rightly pointed out by Mr. Chakraborty that challenging the co-ordinate Bench's order, the instant revisional application is not at all maintainable.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant revisional application being CRR 70 of 2025 is hereby dismissed on merit.
