....For the P. F. Authority Mr. Arijit Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the petitioners. He submits that, at the point of time when the writ petition was filed, the jurisdictional tribunal having jurisdiction on the issue, viz. the Provident Fund Tribunal was not functioning and now the same is operational.

Learned counsel for the petitioners accordingly prays for withdrawal of this writ petition.

Bhaskar Roy Mahashaya, learned advocate appears for the Provident Fund Department.

Considering the above, this writ petition, WPA of stands dismissed as withdrawn, without any order as to costs.

Interim order, passed in the writ petition, stands vacated.

It is made clear that, the petitioners shall be at liberty to urge whatever points they wish to urge before the jurisdictional tribunal without any fetter in accordance with law and this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the writ petitioners. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
