Counsel for the Principal Secretary, Government of West Bengal submits that the process of recruitment to the post of Anganwadi Helpers under Child Development Project Officer, Mekliganj, ICDS Project, Cooch Behar has been initiated and clearance of the Finance Secretary, Government of West Bengal is awaited.

The Finance Secretary, Government of West Bengal is directed to expedite the process of approval, and to take a decision in this regard and communicate the same to the Principal Secretary, Department of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare, Government of West Bengal within a period of ten days from date.

It is also submitted on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Government of West Bengal submits that after receipt of clearance from the Finance Department, the process of recruitment shall be completed within a period of two months thereafter.

Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed one month hence.
