The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 2 to set aside the illegal rejection order issued by the school authority on 07.12.2022 in respect of transfer application of the petitioner dated 20.11.2022 in the Utsashree Portal.

It appears from the documents annexed to the writ application that the petitioner's application has been rejected on the ground "you are single subject and single teacher".

The petitioner has relied upon a notification dated 8th September, 2021 in support of his prayer for transfer.

It is submitted that as per the said notification the petitioner's application is to be considered.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent herein shall consider the petitioner's prayer for transfer as per the notification dated 8th September, 2021 and decide the same in accordance with law within the time permitted for such consideration and also by following the guidelines of the Division Bench by this Court passed in MAT 2147 of 2025 dated 28.01.2026.
