Pursuant to an order dated 4th October 2021 the respondents are required to hold a joint inspection of the land and demarcate the same.

It is submitted by Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner that the joint inspection was done, but the demarcation has not happened till date.

It also appears as per records that a matter parallelly pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, between the same parties and on the same subject, a status quo order has been passed. In that view of the matter, the writ petitioner may further take up the matter before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

In the event the writ petitioners approach to the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, West

Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal is requested to take up the matter as expeditiously as possible. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
