Mr. Ajoy Kumar Singhania, Advocate ... for the Petitioners This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India at the behest of the defendant nos. 2 to 6 seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 109 of 2016 pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalpaiguri.

Bering in mind the nature of the relief claimed in the instant revisional application, I do not feel there is any necessity of passing directions for service of the copy of the revisional application upon the plaintiff/opposite party.

The revisional application is disposed of requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalpaiguri to take up the matter on the next date so fixed i.e. September 20, 2019 and endeavour should be shown to dispose of the suit within six months therefrom.

No order as to costs.
