The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is non-consideration of her repeated representations for information as to appointment on the panel of Asha Karmee, a Primary Health Care Institution operated by the State of West Bengal. The petitioner submits that notwithstanding repeated representations the respondent no.4 has not intimated the result of the appointment to the petitioner.

Counsel on behalf of the State submits that he has no objection if the respondent no.4 is directed to consider and intimate the petitioner of the result of her application.

In view of the submissions of the parties, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to inform the petitioner the status of her application.

Accordingly, I direct the respondent no.4 to intimate the petitioner the result of her application

within a period of week from date. Nothing in this matter shall be construed of merits of the instant application which shall be decided by the respondent no.4 without any influenced by any observation made in this order.

Since the instant writ petition is disposed of without calling any affidavits the allegations contained in the writ petition shall not be deemed to be admitted by the respondents.

There shall not be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be furnished to the petitioner upon compliance of usual formalities.
