In CPAN 12 of 2022, this Court had recorded the submission of the Principal Secretary, Government of West Bengal that the entire recruitment process of the concerned persons in their respective posts shall be completed within two months. The clearance of the Finance Department, Government of West Bengal was awaited.

In that view of the matter, the contemnors are directed to complete the recruitment process within a period of two months from date.

The Finance Department, Government of West Bengal is ordered to complete the clearance process within a period of two weeks from date.

It is expected that the panel will be published within the time stipulated hereinabove.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
