The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

The learned Counsel for the prosecution, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature of allegations, the gravity of the offence, the complicity of the present petitioners and the incriminating materials appearing against the petitioners, we are not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.237 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
