....For the Petitioner This is an application for contempt arising from the order dated April 10, 2024 passed by this Court. Today is the first day.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall serve the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor and shall file affidavit-of-service when the matter shall be taken up next.

The matter shall appear under the heading Contempt Application on September 11, 2024.

In the meanwhile, pendency of this contempt application shall not preclude the alleged contemnor to

comply with the direction of this Court and to file a compliance report on the next day.

It is also made clear that this order shall not stand in the way if the Court thinks fit for issuance of Rule on the next day.
