This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Appeal No.32 of 2019 under Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction) of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 pending before the learned District Judge at Jalpaiguri.

Given facts and circumstances, I find no reason to disallow the prayer.

Learned District Judge, Jalpaiguri is requested to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No.32 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible according to law.

With the aforesaid observations, CO No.22 of 2024 is disposed of.
