Ms. Bedashruti Bose ... For the State The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition praying for interest on account of delayed payment of retiral dues allegedly payable in favour of one Sangeeta Rai, an assistant teacher of a school who died in harness on 21st April, 2016.

The petitioner has not given any details with regard to her relationship with the deceased teacher. The petitioner claims to be the wife of late Maha Prasad Rai but the petitioner does not state as to who are the other heirs of the deceased teacher. The Pension Payment Order issued in favour of late Sangeeta Rai that has been annexed to the writ petition is absolutely illegible. In view of the above, the writ application stands dismissed.
