1. Learned advocates representing the parties submit, upon instruction that, the provident fund dues of the establishment have been paid by the Receiver.

2. Learned advocate representing the Provident Fund authority submits, upon instruction that, steps are being taken for withdrawal of the complaint cases filed by the Provident Fund authority before the competent forum.

3. The communication made by the Regional Office, Darjeeling, EPFO dated 26th November, 2025 addressed to the learned advocate representing the Provident Fund authority filed in Court today be retained with the records.

4. As the dues have already been paid by the Receiver, accordingly, no further issue is left to be decided in the instant writ petition.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
