1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.1 to dispose of the application under section of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 dated 17.09.2024.

2. It appears that the said application is pending before the respondent no. 1 since 17.9.2024.

3. Considering the said fact, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 1 shall dispose of the said application within three months from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law on hearing all stake holders.
