The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 2 herein to give new electric connection as per application of the petitioner vide no.4003738417 and quotation no.3003738417/Quot/03/1124 dated 23.12.2025, ref. id-900122083 1000 KVA (first year) in the factory premises of the company situated at-village-Banipara, Post-Bhaktipara, P.S.-Rajganj, Gram Panchayat-Kukurjan, DistrictJalpaiguri, West Bengal, PIN-735133 immediately without any delay.

Learned counsel appearing for the WBSEDCL submits that an objection by one of the

share-holders of the petitioner company is pending before the department.

Considering that the dispute between the parties is an internal dispute and the requirement for electric is an essential requirement for running the factory, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 to proceed with the process for providing the electricity connection to the petitioner on complying with all the formalities as required and to provide the same within 10 days from such compliance.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
