Arma @ Md. Arman ...... petitioner Mr. Arijit Ghosh ...... for the petitioner Mr. Abhijit Sarkar, Ms. Narmata Das, ...... for the State 105 bottles Codeine Phosphate & Chlorpheniramine Meleate Syrup were recovered from the petitioner which is above commercial quantity.

Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within the one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
